The well-being of students participating in INSTEP programs is our priority. To support a healthy and safe experience, INSTEP provides a health insurance and assistance plan to all participating students. Students and parents are strongly advised to become familiar with the plan’s benefits and features. These include:

·         Eligible medical expenses covered at 100% up to $100,000

·         Emergency medical evacuation

·         Emergency reunion of family members

·         Medical and travel assistance services, such as:

o        Worldwide hospital and physician referral

o        24-hour emergency travel arrangements

o        Emergency translation service

o        Lost document assistance

o        Worldwide legal assistance

o        Credit card replacement

o        Luggage assistance

o        Felonious Assault

CLAIM FORM & INSTRUCTIONS

After treatment is received, you must complete a claim form and send it with the original itemized bills to SRI. If the provider required payment at the time of service, please include the original receipts. Always keep a copy of your submissions for your records. How do I sign up?

 All INSTEP participants are automatically included.

 

Will I have proof of this coverage? Yes, you will receive an individual ID card that includes contact information for plan services.

 

Do I pay up front, or will the doctor accept my insurance? This will vary by provider. While the insurance plan administrator can communicate and confirm coverage with your health care provider, this is not guaranteed. To help ensure a direct pay relationship, contact Seven Corners, Inc., within the U.S and Canada call 800-683-1427, Outside the U.S and Canada call collect 317-575-2652. 

 

Is there online information or services? Yes. Go to https://myplan.sevencorners.com/default.login.cfm and log in using your certificate number and PIN that was on your ID. This site allows you to obtain information about the plan, obtain a claim form, re-print an ID and check claim status. If you have lost your ID, email compassbenefitadmin@sevencorners.com and provide your full name, identify your status as an INSTEP student and your email or address of correspondence.
